About My Practice

Scope of Practice

If you're looking for a counselor to talk about your stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorder, or gender transition, I would love to help. Some therapists are LGBTQ+ allied, but don't always understand the complexities of this unique client experience. Working with members of the LGBTQ+ community is a meaningful specialty to me, because I want to every client feel understood and supported. I am allied with bisexual, gay, HIV/AIDS, intersex, lesbian, non-binary, queer, gender non-conforming, transgender, sex worker, and racial justice communities.

Open to All Individuals

I offer straightforward, empathetic Telehealth therapy services to adults in the state of Delaware. I am a secular therapist specializing in working with the LGBTQ+ community, especially transgender individuals, as well as those struggling with problems related to their eating, but my practice is open to all. I help people with many different stressors and symptoms, especially mood disorders like depression and anxiety.

Taking the First Step

Reaching out to a therapist can be a vulnerable experience, but I hope to make it a positive one if you decide to take that brave step. I love meeting new clients and working with them to build trust, even if they find it difficult to open up with new people. I look forward to getting to know you!
